ABOUT THIS COURSE

This course, Understanding Business Process and Software Development Life Cycle, focuses on various business processes and the need for the information systems in these processes. Also, the role of SDLC and technologies in providing solutions to the current organizations is discussed in the course. The course consists of three sub-modules:
1. Business Processes
2. Software Development Life Cycle
3. Technology Architecture
In this Seminar, Training and Workshop, the first sub-module, Business Processes, is covered. This sub-module provides an introduction to the organization, structures, roles, and reengineering of our business. The programme enables the attendee to recognize functions and processes within our company business. In addition, this workshop, training, lesson, classes, courses and seminar covers an introduction to information systems and the role played by information system in various business processes.
Rationale
Our business process consists of a set of activities, which are initiated by an event. These processes vary according to the activities supported by different Tech companies. To improve efficiency of operations in our company, these processes are automated through information Systems. This Seminar, workshop, classes, Trainings, Lesson helps attendee to identify various business processes we intend to adopt and how they will help in achieving the business needs of our company. This seminar, workshop, training, lesson and classes covers the need of information systems in these processes.

Prerequisites
The attendees wanting to undergo this seminar, workshop, training, lesson and classes are recommended to have the following skills:
a. Knowledge of Object Orientation (OO) Concepts
b. Knowledge of any programming language

Learning Architecture Based on Collaborative Constructivism (LACC)

Broadly, we are going to use three 3 teaching-learning interactions/modes

a) Interactions, where the IT Brand Marketing Manager creates the learning experience
b) Interactions, where the IT Brand Marketing Manager creates learning, in collaboration with the learners (attendees(you))
